HOT… CPM 360 Challenge Update
Monday was the last meeting of our great inaugural CPM360 Nutrition challenge and boy did we finish STRONG! We showed a deep and introspective Tony Robbins (VIDEO HERE) and discussed the main ingredients on how to take this knowledge, accountability, motivation, support and turn it into PERMANENT results with Lifestyle habits.
Next up, the after pics. All after pics must be taken by this Saturday November 9th by noon.
Lastly, the VOTE. Annie and I will pick 3 to 5 finalist. They will be unveiled at the CPMFITness Grand Opening Party. Every participant will be able to cast their vote to crown the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners at the Party.
WARMING UP… the NEXT CHALLENGE: The Holiday Rowing Challenge

The excitement is building for our upcoming challenge. We are focusing on mental toughness and conditioning. While most of America has the mindset of new year’s resolutions and the ‘I’ll wait till next year” attitude. We will be taking our FITness to another level.
