Holiday Schedule

Monday Memorial Day will be having a holiday schedule of 830a and 930am CPM Grind classes. We will have Daycare available at the 830am class.  The class scheduler is up to date.

Please join us for a kick butt workout… Memorial style!

Pre-Order Supplements

Today (Friday) after the noon class we will be placing our next pre-order of fish oil, post workout and protein powder. Check your email or talk to us for more details and any questions you have.


We are very excited to be bringing back Bring a Friend Week next week. Starts Tuesday with our Open House to introduce all of your friends to CPM by explaning who we are, what we do and why we are different. They will also get to do our baseline test (our introductory workout). Wednesday – Saturday are partner/team themed workouts.
