CPMFITness’s One Word for 2021

This year, our gym’s One Word is mindset.

In fitness, everything we focus is from the neck down. However, the results you want happen when you focus on everything from above the neck.

Building a better body is much more of a mental game then it is a physical game. Think about it:

  • Exercise and eat well.
  • Drink water and sleep.
  • Fuel our bodies with high quality inputs leads to better outputs (how we look, feel and perform).

It sounds simple. But why aren’t we all there?

Circle any of these issues that apply to you:

  • Work too much.
  • Poor night of sleep.
  • Don’t spend enough time with the kids.
  • Lacking date nights.
  • Too many deadlines.
  • Tiring travel.
  • Lack of motivation.
  • Lack time.
  • Lack of money.

The list could go on and on.

But guess what? With the right mindset, none of that matters, and you can achieve any goal you want.
