Jordan is all about balance and consistency in everything he does. From his workouts, nutrition, activities, etc… Jordan is know as Mr. Backup he is a great teammate and coach because he is always available to help you when you are in need. A great characteristic for a coach to have!

Introduce yourself and how long you have been with us?

I’ve been with CPM from almost the time they opened (Aug 2014) and have been coaching for almost 3 years (March 2016)

What is your favorite part about coaching with us?

Seeing one of the members have an “ah ha” moment after trying something for a few months.

What is the biggest benefit you get from CPM outside of the gym?

The continuation of Learning from my gym family and having people to rely on even if it’s for things other than fitness.

What is one unexpected thing about the gym that you really enjoy?

Getting pushed. I find myself someone that doesn’t normally need pushing but there are times when having that extra push has helped tremendously.

How would you describe your coaching style? What is your superpower as a Coach?

Relatability and honesty. I’m pretty laid back but Id like to think that a lot of people can relate to me and find that the advice I provide, is genuine and heartfelt.

What is your favorite thing you do with your fitness outside of the gym?

I’m super active with sports outside the gym and I really enjoy supplementing my CrossFit workouts with regular gym workouts.

What would you say to someone who is thinking about starting up?

That CrossFit term can have a poor rap and but anyone can do it. You just need to force yourself to take the first step.

What advice would you give to a new member (maybe something you wish you were told when you were starting out)? 

Fitness is 75/25 meaning you can’t out work a bad diet, and you need to be completely committed. I see so many people come that don’t prioritize their fitness and ultimately they’re the ones that never complete the journey to becoming their best self.
