Today, (Thursday) concludes our 30 Day CPM Class Challenge. We couldn’t be prouder of the participants.

At CPMFITness we love to be active in challenges. I mean, the workouts and yoga can be a challenge in itself.

I’ve been thinking about why we (I) love to challenge ourselves and others. So I looked up the definition…

A task or situation that tests someone’s abilities.

What is it about challenging yourself that fascinates you?

I believe we as human being crave progress. We feel accomplished when we complete something we set out too. And the more of those like-minded involved the BIGGER and Greater the challenge can be! Oh and the results mentally, emotionally and of course physically is a good benefit as well.
