Bring A Friend Week

We love friends! Bring A Friend Week will be January 12th – 17th. There will be special partner workouts for a portion of the week. Sign up on the board in the gym (by the dumbbells) if you plan to participate!

Fit and Flow Yoga

Starting January 20th, we will be offering Fit and Flow Yoga at 5:30 am on Tuesdays and it will be coached by Annie. Fit and Flow is a class designed to strengthen your body while giving you a total body workout. Fit and Flow classes are set to up-beat music. The class is designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Fit and Flow compliments your regular yoga practice while boosting your metabolism and pushing your strength and flexibility to new heights. By incorporating strength-training exercises such as squats, lunges and push-ups with mobility,  you will be able to see visible results in no time!

Rule Your Resolution (Our Next Whole 30)

Reflections, by Mother Plucker

My personal thoughts on another fantastic week at CPMFitness.

1. Cleaning out your cupboards is not a bad thing. It really isn’t… until you have a snow day. Then it turns into “what can I bake with coconut flour, raisins, raw nuts and bananas”?!

2. It really isn’t fair (or practical) to have Stets demo the overhead squat.

3. 10 minutes (30 sec wallballs + 30 sec kb swings ) = Remind Me Again Why I’m Doing This? Oh yeah, see below.


4. It’s great to see several new faces at the gym lately. It reminds me of my first few months with CPM. I may have done a few of these things (CLICK HERE). A long video but funny stuff if you’ve got time to waste 😉
