If CPMFITness had a super power what would it be?

  • Our workouts? They are good but nope.
  • Our location? Sure if you live across the street. But not the correct answer.
  • Our community? They are top notch however that isn’t it! .

They are about 180 gyms in the state of South Dakota. Over half are in the city of Sioux Falls.

What do we sell better than any other gym around town?

Well we don’t compete on knowledge. Not anymore. Knowledge is cheap. Knowledge is everywhere. If we want to find a workout or diet plan,  you can. It’s so easy it’s boring.

Luckily for us no exercise routines or diets work without action.

That is where we come in, our coaches! We sell action.

Each person you find on our coaches page (LINK), walks the walk. We all come from different walks of life and have completely different backstory’s, probably like you. But we all share the same message of value that CPMFITness has to offer.

Action = Accountability

Our coaches have an amazing ability to become contagious for you. Every FITness journey will have its share of highs and lows. You will have moments of sheer success followed deep moments of setbacks and plateaus. Traveling this road alone leaves you susceptible to losing hope and starting over (AGAIN!) Our coaches will tell you the truth. Will have experience with the high’s and low’s in their journey and be able to shed some light, hope and inspiration to get to back on track just when you need it.

We believe there is no gimmick. There is no shortcut. There is no magic pill. Everyone’s fitness journey will be unique, but a healthy lifestyle takes commitment, patience and motivation. Our coaches job is to show you the way and support YOU along your journey!
