I have an important question for you…

“Do you want to change? Do you want to improve something about yourself? Maybe a behavior, habit or even your entire lifestyle?”

Let me go ahead an answer these questions for you…

“No you don’t!”

Yeah yeah I know you ‘say’ you do. But you know how I know you really don’t want to change yet? Because you already would have (or really on the road to change). You already know how to do it but you haven’t yet.

The secret to change is… There is no secret; people you know have changed, there are more books they you can read about it, you can even google it and get 3.6 billion search results in about 0.3 seconds.

The Truth about Change is most of the time the change you think you want is what your spouse, friends, boss or society wants. The Challenge about Change is your small minded and fear based ego doesn’t want too. It knows that change of any kind will result in its own DEATH! And no one wants to die. Not even aspects of your own mind.

This is why to seek change requires discontent and a bit of madness.

Oscar Wilde says, “Discontent is the first step in progress of any man or nation.”
