We are 20 days into 2020 and in 7 more days New Year’s Resolutions will drop off by 80 percent. So if you are one of these people, maybe it is time to change up your focus.
I believe simple changes in your life will lead to big success’s overall. So what if you kept it super simple and just focused on what your putting in your mouth.
Here are some reasons that you can know it’s time to change up your eating habits
- You feel completely wiped all the time = Usually this means you are iron sufficient. It’s time to get energized and start fueling your body with good quality meats, fish, and dark leafy greens to give you more pep in your step.
- Your Moody = I like to refer to this as Hangry. In order to keep your energy up and your mood normal you have to make sure you are eating good calories and enough of them.
- Your Backed Up = You have a difficult time going to the bathroom and this typically means you are not getting a good balance of protein, veggies, and fat. Also try adding in some more fiberous foods like beans, citrus fruits, apples, strawberries, raspberries, pears, avocado, lentils, peas, artichokes, and broccoli.
- You Feel Down in the Dumps A lot = This is usually a lack of carbs in your body. Make sure you’re eating enough consistently throughout the day to prevent dips in blood sugar and mood swings.
Now if any of these speak to you, make some small tweaks and I know they will lead to BIG success’s in your overall health!
