We have all said it. We have all done it. We are all guilty of it. That excuse of thinking we can hold off on doing something. I’ll do it later, I’ll do it tomorrow and the dreaded I’ll do it someday.

But when is someday? There are 7-days in a week. SOMEDAY is not one of them.

Waiting for someday is a lame excuse and a convenient way to hide from our own best possibilities. It gives us false hope that we have a lot of time. Our gifts and aspirations get trapped in the future as we stick to our conveniences, comfort and monotony. With this we begin taking people and things for granted.

Tomorrow is not guaranteed.

We need to stop waiting, dreaming and hoping for everything to be just right before we strive to do more with our life. We have only scratched the surface to the thousands of experiences that await us. Allow yourself to suck at something. You will get better. Something I need to remind myself of often.

Life wants us to dive in deep.  It wants us to experience, explore, and reach the treasures and joys. It wants us to grow, to give, and to live to our fullest capacity.  It wants us to be great!

Don’t wait for Someday.

Today is what we have. It’s filled with energy, possibilities and the power of our desires and actions for a better life. It’s up to you, no one else to make it happen.

Embrace this day – right here and now – and break-free from this little capsule called someday.
