WHO IS #drFIT?

#drFIT is a wife, mom, coach, and personal trainer.  I have 2 AMAZING kiddos, Corbyn (15) and Marley (10), who keep me busy with their own sporting events! My family has a big passion for fitness and sports! I spend my time no longer playing the games I love, but coaching and cheering on my kids! Outside of the gym you will find me either at the ball field or a gym!  My little spare time is spent coaching my daughter’s volleyball and basketball teams.  How I do love to coach and shape the minds of little athletes my biggest pleasure is being their BIGGEST cheerleader!

WHY DO I LOVE COACHING AT CPM?

At CPMfitness, We are family! A group of coaches who truly want me succeed and want me To become, not just a better coach, but a better person! We all have unique qualities that make us great coaches!  Not a one of us the same, but have one goal in mind!  How can we help achieve the goals of our future and current members!

BIGGEST BENEFIT OF CPMFITNESS OUTSIDE OF THE GYM

Outside of being FIT FOR LIFE, the biggest benefit outside the gym are the relationships that are created!  The energy I have to practice with my kids is also an amazing benefit!

SOMETHING I DIDN’T EXPECT FROM CPM

I love the community!  We stray away from box gym ideals, and create a boutique feel through our amazing members and coaches.  Catering to our members and developing relationships has been the most enjoyable thing about this gym! The joy I get from each unique relationship has been unexpectedly rewarding!

MY COACHING SUPERPOWER

For most of you that have had me as a coach at CPM, I think you would all agree I bring the life to the party!  I’m the perfect amount of crazy and fun!  I also have a big heart!  I truly want you to reach your goals and make you better!  Not just in the gym, but something that will stick with you for a lifetime outside of the gym!

MY FITNESS OUTSIDE THE GYM

I love to stay active by playing volleyball, softball/baseball, or basketball with my kids or enjoying an evening out walking the dogs (I have 3)!  I love showing my family the importance of working out and nutrition.  Who says you can’t take your work home with you?

Take the leap, you won’t regret it! I know it’s scary joining a new gym, but we do it right at CPMfitness!  We teach and get you fit and ready for classes! Plus, you get me for a coach for life!  What else could you ask for? 😉

MY ADVICE

We all have our own journey! Embrace yours! Wherever you are at in your fitness journey remember 2 things.  Someone was once in your shoes and celebrate your small victories!  It’s a hard process, but with GRIT and determination you will become the person you always wanted to be! Keep grinding!
