Our high intensity workouts fall into two categories:
As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible (AMRAP): This workout type focuses on maxing out repetitions on each segment of the workout to push your limits and create new goals.
Every Minute On The Minute (EMOTM): This interval training variant establishes timed workout segments to avoid over-resting and propel your body into a consistent exercise rhythm.
Yoga FIT & Flow
Yoga FIT & Flow is an all-levels class specifically designed to stretch, restore, and mobilize your body for increased athletic performance. This is the best of Yoga and High Intensity. Each session focuses on opening areas that get stiff combined with a HIIT component all in one session.
