Getting fit is the first step. Staying fit is a lifelong endeavor. When you join CPMFitness, you are surrounded by a fun, passionate community that makes fitness part of their lifestyle. To make fitness a key part of your lifestyle, we guide you every step of the way.
We always start by learning everything we can about our members in a free 30-minute consultation. Tell us about your history, your fitness goals, your struggles and your successes – we want to know it all so we can match you with one of our coaches who will be your guide to getting fit for life.
Everyone has a starting point. We will find yours in the assessment phase. We recognize everyone comes from different backgrounds, athletic levels and gym experience (or lack there of).
What level are you at?
We will find out after spending a few sessions with you. Learning how you move (strength, flexibility, cardio, etc), your nutritional habits, your goals (drive, motivation and setbacks).
Our fundamentals program is designed to teach you the foundational movements we do in the gym, in a safe environment. Your coach will meet you where you are on your fitness journey, learning how you move in a three-session assessment that looks at your fitness across the key categories of endurance, strength, coordination and flexibility.
Then you will meet individually with your coach 2-3 times a week for 4-6 weeks, developing a customized roadmap to get you in the best shape of your life. During the course of your Fundamentals Program, you will be introduced to our awesome community, and once you are up to speed, you will join them in Fit 4 Life group classes.
The Hybrid Program
With the foundational movements mastered, you are ready to join our Fit 4 Life group classes. This is where our community really shines, and it’s this group’s accountability that keeps you motivated and hungry for more. These classes are designed with variety and fun in mind, so you’ll have a different workout every day. Your coach will continue to work with you and guide you to meet your fitness goals.

With 45-minute workouts at a variety of times, two locations, and an easy-to-use scheduling app, you can create a fitness plan that will fit in with the rest of your life.
