Depends on the day. If I’m coaching, I get up at 4:20am, let out the dog, and get to the gym by 4:50 (hopefully). Coach and workout till around 7:15am. Make it to Climate Systems by 7:30am. Work till 5-5:15pm. Drive to daycare to pick up our little girl and get home around 6pm. From there, we try to spend some time with her before she hits the bath and off to bed. Within that time, I’m usually cooking supper, and trying to get into bed by 9pm. Hope that our baby sleeps through the night, which she usually wakes up around 1am. That sums up my work week.
