Classes are scaled for all
For each movement, there is likely a “scaled” version. That means, for example, that if you can’t perform a pull-up yet, we’ll offer alternative movements that strengthen the same muscles.
That means our group training classes are for all—even if you’ve had previous injuries, or you think you’re “not strong enough,” we make sure you can get a quality WOD done safely and effectively.
CPM members can join the group classes after learning the basic movements as part of our Fundamentals Program. They simply sign up for their preferred class time in our custom app and show up ready to sweat!
