As we head into 2022, we once again want to encourage all of our members to plan for success in all areas of life — the gym, the office, and at home.
That’s why we are collectively going to read the book Atomic Habits by James Clear. This book reveals practical strategies that will teach you exactly how to form good habits, break bad ones, and master the tiny behaviors that lead to remarkable results.
Revisiting the One-Page Business Plan for the New Year
Remember the one-page business plan you filled out a year ago? (If you’re new to CPM this year, you’ll get to fill it out soon for the first time!)
We used this tool to communicate your vision and action-oriented strategic plan to align everything in your life in the past year. We all chose “one word” to focus on for 2021, which became the launching point for completing our “business plan.”
For 2022, we’ll all create a vision for the year by once again filling out the business plan. This year, our focus will be to define new habits.
And that’s where the book comes into play.
We encourage all members to read or listen to the book at the beginning of the year. Then, you’ll use what you learned to identify new habits and create your business plan for 2022. Just like last year, your coach will need to give your plan the CPM Stamp of Approval.
